This policy governs the use of AI tools by all Voice Up staff, interns, contractors, and volunteers. Reading and understanding this policy is required for all independent contractors before beginning work.
Core Expectation
"Every individual at Voice Up is personally responsible for exercising expert judgment about when AI should and should not be used — particularly regarding information that may be confidential, sensitive, legally protected, or ethically complex."
